A hands-on & interactive training
You will acquire all the essential knowledge about the tendering process in the Netherlands. We will tell you which landmines to avoid and which challenges to overcome. You will discover that public sector clients are likely to be more loyal and consistent than other customers. And that the rewards of success are great—government contracts are large and lengthy in nature. Good to know: the annual procurement volume of the Dutch government is a staggering 100 billion euros!

The training is practical and interactive, so you will leave with many tips and helpful advice that you can apply to your work the very next day. For instance, you will learn:

what the Dutch public sector landscape looks like;
to understand the Dutch public sector challenges;
what the Dutch public sector procurement rules and regulations are;
what the key tactics for building partnerships with Dutch public authorities are;

Case study
After gaining insight into the Dutch public sector, you will actively engage in a case study during the training. You will identify the government customer profile that aligns best with your organization and will be able to strategize how to position your product/service. You will understand how to meet the core needs of the chosen profile through a compelling proposition. The goal is for you to be able to start implementing the profile and proposition directly in your daily work.

The training is intended for anyone currently conducting business with, required to engage with, or interested in working with the Dutch public sector. This includes business owners, business development staff, account managers, sales managers, executives and management personnel.
